To the Beach! (Happy Thanksgiving!?)

Although the weather was not very cooperative, we did go to the beach a couple of times while we were in Florida. The first time I told the girls to only get their toes wet, and we ended up soaked. The second time I banned them from the water completely because it really was cold, and we didn't have any supplies, say for example, towels. The girls thought I was really strict, but found a way to have fun anyway. They really LOVE the beach, and they have been deprived of it for entirely too long.
For Thanksgiving, we went out for seafood, and then went to the beach! Not very traditional, but we were all very thankful!Thankfully full of crab, scallops, fish, and shrimp (and a burger for Ryan)!
Thankfully headed to the beach!
Thankfully playing in the sand...

anxiously awaiting the waves!
Ooh, that is icy cold!

Thankful for seashells.
Thankful to be together.

Goodbye for today, beach!
This is the dog park on the base we stayed at...it made me giggle.
