The Newmarket Carnival was a fun, local event. We were busy in the morning, so we missed the parade, but we went to the racetrack in the afternoon for the shows, rides, food, and fun. We saw a magic show, gymnastics show, dancers, and bands. Plus, we got a glimpse of the racetrack which we had never seen before!

| The weather was fairly decent, allowing for short sleeves! I think jumpers were needed eventually, though. It is not often warm enough here to go anywhere without a jumper (sweater or sweatshirt). |
| There were some old cars there. |
| Sophia LOVED this jumping thing. |
| She did front flips, back flips, and really high bounces. |
| They both enjoyed the view from the little ferris wheel...luckily for me, it was only for kids! Ferris wheels are my least favorite ride. |
| A couple of bobbies to keep us all safe |
| The view of the racetrack, and the bobbies again |
| The stands |
| Tessa rode on a train for her last ride |
| Sophia wanted to do this bouncing thing one more time! |
