Tutu (my Mom) was here for a few days, then went to Illinois to visit my grandfather for his birthday. Luckily for us though, she returned on her birthday, so we could throw her a mini party! Sophia decided we should go with a blue theme, since that is Tutu's favorite color. She picked out a few decorations, and of course a couple of blue balloons. She even set the table and decorated the 
wrapping paper of Tutu's present. She could easily be a party planner someday.Normally we would have baked a cake, but we had been to Cold Stone Creamery the week before and saw a Raspberry Chocolate Devotion cake and had to go back for it! Raspberry + Chocolate = Tutu!
