We went out to lunch for Vietnamese Pho . . . delicious rice noodles for anyone who hasn't tried them. Sophia made quite a mess trying to eat a spring roll with as much peanut sauce as possible, and none of the lettuce or other leafies inside. Tessa also made a bit of a mess, enjoying her first taste of the noodles. Fortunately, we brought many wipes.
